Salon Policies
- Late Arrival
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shortened or rescheduled service.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give us 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Corrections
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know. Corrections are gladly provided within 3 days of the original service.
- Refunds
- All products and services are final sale. Refunds are not available.
- Payments
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Card prices are 3% above cash prices.
- Eyelash Extensions
- We guarantee and repair your eyelashes within 5 days. We do not do refills after 5 weeks.
